Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store (the β€œServices”) operated by Basin Creek Retirement Village LLC (β€œBasin Creek Retirement Village”, β€œwe”, β€œus”, or β€œour”).


Order Processing & Production Times

Most of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand production partners.
Because of this:

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an order ships.

  • Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters automated production and cannot be changed or canceled.


Shipping Times

After production, standard shipping times are:

  • United States: 2–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, volume, or operational issues outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The items in your order

  • Carrier rates and fulfillment partner fees

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, which will include tracking information (if available for your region).
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.


Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We cannot:

  • Replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refund orders due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If an order is returned to the sender, we can reship it once the customer covers the reshipping cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.


International Shipping Notes

Foreign customs agencies may hold packages for inspection, which can extend delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
