These Terms of Service (ā€œTermsā€) govern your access to and use of this website and any services, features, tools, products, or content provided through it (collectively, the ā€œServicesā€). The Services are operated by Basin Creek Retirement Village LLC (ā€œBasin Creek Retirement Villageā€, ā€œweā€, ā€œusā€, or ā€œourā€).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

2.3 Made-to-Order Products

Because many of our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand production partners, order cancellations, modifications, or returns may not be possible once processing has begun. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and Shopify Payments or your chosen payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, seasonal volume, weather, or production processing times from our fulfillment partners. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for made-to-order items, except for damaged, defective, or misprinted products. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Servicesā€”including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, designs, and product descriptionsā€”is the property of Basin Creek Retirement Village LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Services.
